Please read carefully - by placing an order with MOTackle & Outdoors you are accepting our Terms & Conditions.
The use of this site is governed by the TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT OF SALE set forth below. Your use of this site or purchase from MOTackle & Outdoors indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
MOTackle reserves the right to make changes to this web site and these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.
MOTackle is the service provider; it is also referred to as "MOTackle", "us" and "we".
Customer is the person or organisation who purchases or seeks services from MOTackle; it is also referred to as "you".
Placing Orders
All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by MOTackle.
MOTackle may vary prices for received orders in the event of price changes. We will advise you if this is the case.
To minimise errors and improve efficiency, orders should be placed using our on-line ordering system whenever possible. Other forms of ordering are accepted only if our on-line ordering system is malfunctioning or you have difficulty using it. Other ordering methods include E-mailing our sales email or submitting order by fax or phone. For some organisations where a purchase order is necessary, we still encourage the orders to be placed on-line and followed by a summarised purchase order.
Quantity in stock does not take into account the orders already placed which are yet to be processed. It is possible that an order placed earlier will receive the allocation of the part in which the quantity for it showed as in stock at the time of your order. Inventory discrepancy can also affect the accuracy of the stock status displayed on our web site.
Any attempt to cancel an order must be made as soon as possible. Cancellations attempted after the despatching will result in the customer having to pay the shipping and handling charges on the package and the cost of shipping the package back.
Cancellations may be communicated by email or fax.
International Orders
MO Tackle ships to Australia and New Zealand. For all other countries, please contact us prior to ordering. MOTackle & Outdoors will take no responsibility for goods once those goods leave Australia. All international orders must be paid with either Paypal or direct deposit.
Exclusion Of International Sale for Specific Products
All products displayed on MOTackle.com.au are available for sale within Australia. However some specific products, or product ranges are excluded from international sale and/or export from Australia. Please refer to the below list for specific products that can not be purchased from, or shipped outside of Australia:

Payment for orders within Australia & New Zealand
For on-line orders being shipped within, and/or paid for within Australia & New Zealand, accepted payments include credit cards (Visa/Master card ONLY), Paypal & Direct Deposit. If paying via direct deposit from a non-Australian bank account, please ensure all fees and charges applicable to the payment are covered over and above the order total. MOTackle & Outdoors does not take responsibility for fees & charges applicable outside our control and orders will not be released/despatched if full payment is not received.
We also accept Zippay and/or Zipmoney (up to $5000), and Afterpay (up to $1000), both online and instore.
MOTackle reserves the right to perform checks for orders paid using credit card, and we may request photo identification to be supplied for large value orders.
For security reasons, MOTackle recommends that any orders greater than $500 are paid using paypal. 'First time customers' with high order values (eg - $1000+), must pay via direct bank deposit or paypal. Credit card payments for these orders will not be accepted without prior arrangement.
The title of the goods supplied does not pass to the customer from MOTackle & Outdoors until the full amount is paid.
Payment for all other International Orders
Payment for International Orders can be made via Paypal or Direct Deposit Only. If paying via direct deposit from a non-Australian bank account, please ensure all fees and charges applicable to the payment are covered over and above the order total. MOTackle & Outdoors does not take responsibility for any fees & charges applicable outside our control and orders will not be released/despatched if full payment is not received.
Shipping
We do not ship to third party addresses unless that address is known and can be verified by MOTackle & Outdoors.
Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. MOTackle & Outdoors will make every effort to deliver on time.
Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts may be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
If you select the tick box Would you like us to leave your parcel you are authorising MoTackle & Outdoors and their selected courier agents to leave your parcel without signature at the nominated address. By ticking the box you are confirming the parcel is safe to leave. It is at the driver’s discretion as to whether they deem your delivery instructions safe to comply with. MoTackle & Outdoors and their selected courier agents take no responsibility for loss or damage.
YETI products can only be picked up in store - no freight is allowed.
Returns and Refund Policy
Returns for refund will only be accepted within 30 days of you receiving the goods. Returned goods must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging. Shipping and handling cost are not refundable. This return for refund policy is applicable for change of mind, and lack of expertise for use of product.
Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to MOTackle & Outdoors within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery.
If item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
MOTackle & Outdoors owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been despatched in error.
Return or Refund of Gift Vouchers
Motackle & Outdoors Gift Vouchers can not be returned for a refund or redeemed for cash. Motackle & Outdoors Gift Vouchers can not be used to purchase gift cards. The issuer is not responsible and will not honour or replace lost, stolen or damaged cards. The card will expire 10 years from the date of issue. The card holds no value unless activated in the issuer's Gift Card system.
Gift Voucher Promotions
All Gift Voucher promotions are valid for one transaction per person per promotion. Extra Gift Voucher promotion credit will not exceed $100 total, per person, per promotion. Some limits may apply. All promotions are at the discretion of MoTackle & Outdoors and are final. Vouchers can not be purchased with vouchers or receive vouchers within the promotion. Vouchers can not be redeemed for cash. Voucher will be emailed to customer for online orders unless customer states otherwise.
Warranty Claim
All goods sold by MOTackle & Outdoors come with a warranty to be free from any defects or faults. This warranty is not transferable.
Goods under warranty cover will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer. No refund can be provided under any circumstances.
Warranty only covers the item(s) sold by MOTackle & Outdoors.
A large percentage of returned goods are found to be, not faulty. If the returned goods are determined by MOTackle & Outdoors to not be faulty, then all returning shipping fees will be worn by the customer. We will seek the permission from the customer to charge this cost to the customer's credit card where possible. Failing this, the goods will be sent back by Australia Post COD freight collected. MOTackle & Outdoors also reserves the right to charge the labour cost for examining these goods where no fault was found.
All warrantees are voided if returned product is found in any way to be mishandled, misinstalled, modified, tampered, abused, physically damaged.
Please attach a copy of the original invoice or provide the original invoice number. A detailed fault description sheet must be sent together with all the returning warranty goods.
Customer is responsible for any shipping and insurance cost involved in sending the warranty claim goods back to MOTackle & Outdoors.
MOTackle is not responsible for any parcel missing in transit, on its return back to MOTackle & Outdoors.
Knives, Blades, Bows, Arrows & Weapons
You must be 16 Years old or over to purchase any knife (including mulit-tools with knives), blade or bow and/or arrows. If purchasing these items, accepting the Terms & Conditions is certifying that you are over the age of 16.
Reverse Auction
Reverse Auction products will have their sale prices reduced at regular intervals until the product is purchased.
Price reductions are not a set to a specific dollar value or percentage, but are normally no less than 5% per reduction.
The intervals that product prices are reduced are not set, but normally happen once every 24 to 48 hours during standard business days/trading hours. Price reductions will not take place during non standard business days such as weekends or public holidays.
Reverse Auction products are not eligible for any other promotions. ie- Giveaways for purchasing specific brands or quantities of products.
MOTackle Daily Jackpot Terms & Conditions
- Competition is open to all customers who have made a purchase through MO Tackle within the 30 days prior to the daily draw date.
If making a purchase in store, customers must provide their contact information at the time of purchase to be included in the draw (Name, Phone, Email & Address). - Employees and immediate family members of employees are ineligible to enter.
- Competition Drawn – 12.00pm daily, excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays.
- Draw location - 144 Pacific Highway, Coffs Harbour, NSW, 2450
- Competition will consist of 247 daily draws. No individual prize exceeds $1000. Total value of prizes does not exceed $10,000.
- Daily jackpot winner will be drawn at random and posted on the MO Tackle website (www.motackle.com.au).
- Daily jackpot winner will have until 11:59am eastern standard (daylight savings) time, on the following day to claim their prize.
- In the event of the days jackpot/prize not being claimed within the above timeframe it will rollover to the following day and be redrawn. The jackpot amount will continue to roll over until it reaches a maximum of $1000 credit, or it is successfully claimed. If the Jackpot amount reaches $1000 credit, it will remain at $1000 credit until claimed by a daily winner. Once a jackpot is successfully claimed, the following days prize will revert back to the starting amount of $25 store credit.
- All prizes from the prize pool will be distributed electronically to the successful claimant/winners. The successful claimant/winners of a daily jackpot will have the credit amount applied to their customer account with MO Tackle. The credit can then be used for the purpose of purchasing any goods from MO Tackle.
- The prize is not redeemable for cash.
- At the conclusion of the competition, any existing successful claims will be met notwithstanding the prize pool has been exceeded.
- Printing errors or other quality assurance matters outside the control of the individual player must not be used as the sole basis for refusing to award a prize.
MOTackle Newsletter Gift Voucher Giveaway Terms & Conditions
- Competition is open to all customers who have made a purchase through MO Tackle within the 30 days prior to the draw date and is subscribed to the Motackle Newsletter.
If making a purchase in store, customers must provide their contact information at the time of purchase to be included in the draw (Name, Phone, Email & Address). - Employees and immediate family members of employees are ineligible to enter.
- Competition Drawn – Newsletter will be emailed to subscribers at 5:15pm AEST on Tuesday and Friday every week stating the winner.
- Draw location - 144 Pacific Highway, Coffs Harbour, NSW, 2450
- No individual prize exceeds $2000. Total value of prizes does not exceed $10,000.
- Newsletter Gift Voucher Giveaway will be drawn at random and published in the bi-weekly Motackle newsletter.
- Newsletter Gift Voucher Giveaway winner will have until 11:59am eastern standard (daylight savings) time, on the following newsletter day to claim their prize.
- In the event of the days prize not being claimed within the above timeframe, it will rollover to the following day and be redrawn. The jackpot amount will continue to roll over until it reaches a maximum of $2000 credit, or it is successfully claimed. If the Jackpot amount reaches $2000 credit, it will remain at $2000 credit until claimed by a bi-weekly winner. Once a jackpot is successfully claimed, the following newsletter prize will revert back to the starting amount of $50 store credit.
- All prizes from the prize pool will be distributed electronically to the successful claimant/winners. The successful claimant/winners of a Newsletter Gift Voucher Giveaway will have the credit amount applied to their customer account with MO Tackle. The credit can then be used for the purpose of purchasing any goods from MO Tackle.
- The prize is not redeemable for cash.
- At the conclusion of the competition, any existing successful claims will be met not withstanding the prize pool has been exceeded.
- Printing errors or other quality assurance matters outside the control of the individual player must not be used as the sole basis for refusing to award a prize.
Discount Code Terms and Conditions

ABT Members Discounts exclude Gift Vouchers, Electric Motors and accessories, Sounders and accessories, Eskies, Fridges and accessories, Metal Detectors,parts and accessories, Reverse Auction items.
Disclaimer
All prizes from competitons & promotions will be redrawn after 30 days if winner fails to contact MoTackle & Outdoors in that time period.
Due to changing market forces and other extenuating circumstances that affect product availability and price stability we reserve the right to withdraw any product we advertise and change prices without notice.
Information contained throughout the web pages and in our database is believed to be accurate and reliable at the time of publishing.
There may be misprints, human errors, stock errors and omissions. We reserve the right to make changes and corrections in prices, products, and specifications without notice.
